Selena sees her life purpose as connecting with people, through shared experiences, meeting them where they are to support them. This purpose is brought to life through the Rare Impact Fund, which Selena founded in 2020 to expand access to mental health resources for young people around the world. Today Selena has released two exclusive collections on Apple Music’s Sound Therapy — one to help reduce stress and improve mood, and one to support concentration and attention. As she says in the interview: “Music plays a huge part in what happens mentally”.
