1. How Cinderblock TV Works

Cinderblock TV is a music video discovery platform. We do not host, upload, or store any video content. All videos displayed on our platform are embedded from YouTube using their official IFrame Player API, in compliance with YouTube’s Terms of Service and API Terms of Service.

We curate and organize publicly available music videos to help fans discover artists and help artists reach new audiences. The actual video content remains on YouTube’s servers and is subject to YouTube’s own copyright policies.

2. For Artists and Rights Holders

We respect the intellectual property rights of all artists, labels, and rights holders. If you are the owner of content displayed on Cinderblock TV and would like it removed, we offer multiple options:

• Immediate Removal: Email us at copyright@cinderblock.tv with the video title or URL, and we will remove it within 24 hours.
• Channel Opt-Out: Request that your entire YouTube channel be excluded from our platform. We will block all current and future videos from your channel.
• YouTube Takedown: Since we embed videos from YouTube, you can also file a copyright claim directly with YouTube. Once the video is removed from YouTube, it will automatically stop working on our platform.

3. DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content accessible via the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
3. Identification of the material to be removed (URL or description)
4. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the removed material and its former location
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, and phone number
5. Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district in which your address is located

6. Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.
