1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cinderblock TV (“the Platform”), operated by Cinderblock TV Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Cinderblock TV is a curated music video discovery platform. We aggregate publicly available music videos via YouTube embeds, organize them by artist, genre, and content type, and provide tools for fans to discover, watch, and follow their favorite artists. We do not host video content directly — all videos are streamed via YouTube’s official embed player.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using email, Google, or Spotify authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4a. Video Content

All music videos displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners (artists, labels, distributors). We do not claim ownership of any video content. Videos are embedded using YouTube’s official IFrame API in compliance with YouTube’s Terms of Service.

4b. Platform Content

The Cinderblock TV name, logo, design, curation, and original editorial content are owned by Cinderblock TV Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform design or branding without written permission.

4c. Artist Submissions

Artists who submit their YouTube channel for inclusion on the Platform grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display their publicly available YouTube content within our platform via embed. Artists may request removal of their content at any time by contacting us.

5. Fan Usage

As a user, you may browse, search, create watchlists, follow artists, and use all features of the Platform for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Platform
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any artist
• Use automated tools to interact with the Platform

6. YouTube Terms Compliance

By using the Platform, you also agree to be bound by YouTube’s Terms of Service (youtube.com/t/terms) and Google’s Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). Video playback is provided by YouTube and subject to their terms.

7. Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party services including YouTube (video playback), Google (authentication), Spotify (authentication and personalization), and Supabase (data storage). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party videos.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cinderblock TV Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
