Olivia Rodrigo – The Making of ‘obsessed’ (Vevo Footnotes)
“obsessed” is the first track that Olivia Rodrigo and team put together when they started the recording sessions for the blockbuster ‘GUTS’ album. When it came time to choose a visual narrative for the video, the singer and director Mitch Ryan were inspired by an old Reddit idea of a person’s exes uniting in one room. The full-tilt band performance footage was shot in one take, the singer and her group pounding out the tune with a ’90s fierceness. Get the deets from OR and Mr. Ryan, and find out how that “hoodie return” idea came about in Footnotes.
