What we are wearing is an insight into the imagination and spirit of the music,” the Aussie duo told Vevo in a Footnotes interview. “When the Empire began we were clearly on a mission to project hope and imagination.” Collaborating with director Josh Logue to embody its trademark “pure of heart” essence, the band pulled in visual references from Alejandro Jodorowsky, Stanley Kubrick and Greg Araki.
